After graduating with a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Adelaide University, Sugi discovered her passion global recruitment and entrepreneurship, particularly within the gaming industry, during her exploration of the field in 2021. Upon joining Avarik and Glints, she recognized the significant challenge of finding recruiters specializing in the game and creative industries. Determined to make a difference, she decided to become the catalyst for change and provide much-needed assistance in this niche sector.
